No. Stays are month-to-month, or set to the length of your project. Stay as long as you need, and extend if the job runs long.
How much is a long-term rental?
On stays of 30 nights or more, studio and two-bedroom suites are $95 a night (about $2,850 for 30 nights), and duplex suites are $60 a night (about $1,800 for 30 nights). That rate includes the furnished suite, electricity, water, fiber Wi-Fi and parking, and there’s no hotel occupancy tax when you book direct. There’s no deposit, just a card on file, and a one-time $50 cleaning fee. Pets are $60 per pet, one time.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Electricity, water and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi are included in your rate. You don’t need to open any utility accounts.
Are the rentals furnished?
Yes. Every suite comes with beds, a couch, linens, kitchenware and a kitchen or kitchenette. Studio and two-bedroom suites also have a washer and dryer.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. The pet fee is $60 per pet, one time, with a maximum of two pets per suite.
Can my company pay for my rental?
Yes. We set up company accounts with direct billing, and can put several suites on one agreement and one invoice.
How fast can I move in?
Often the same day if a suite is open. Check-in is digital and we text your door code before you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead is safer during busy stretches in the basin.
Do I pay the 17% hotel tax on a monthly stay?
No. Texas exempts stays of 30 consecutive nights or more from hotel occupancy tax. Book direct with us and that savings comes straight off your bill.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Box Villages Pecos is a non-smoking property, inside the suites and around them.
