This Privacy Policy explains how Box Villages Pecos LLC (“Box Villages Pecos,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit boxvillagespecos.com, request a quote, book a stay, or communicate with us by phone, text message or email.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, move-in date, length of stay, number of people and rooms, and any notes you include when you fill out a form, call, text or email us.
Booking information: details you provide when you reserve a suite through our booking system, including payment details, which are handled by our booking and payment providers.
Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

To respond to your request and send you availability, rates and quotes
To book, manage and support your stay
To send you text messages and emails about your request or stay, as described below
To keep our website and property secure, and to meet legal and tax requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box on our quote form agreeing to receive text messages, or otherwise give us your consent, Box Villages Pecos may send texts to the mobile number you provided. These texts are about your quote request, availability, booking and stay. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting a suite.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, who may not use it for any other purpose.

Email

When you submit a form, we send you a confirmation email and follow up about your request. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by replying to any email or writing to stay@boxvillagespecos.com.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so:

Website hosting and form handling (Netlify)
Business phone and text messaging (Quo)
Email (Google Workspace and, if used, an email delivery provider)
Reservations and payments (Cloudbeds and its payment processors)
Maps and fonts shown on our website (Google)

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our guests, staff and property.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, manage your stay, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing stay@boxvillagespecos.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
